Notice is hereby given, that, under Instructions from Der Majesty's Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies, all crown Lands hereafter to be sold in this Island will be offered to Public Competition to the Righest bidder

for a Capital sum,

in addition to an Annual Rental

to be previously determined by the Surveyn General._
